Each location you bill is $189 a month, billed separately. There is no multi-location discount. Every billed location also gets its own 2,500 free SMS units each billing period.

Forms & Waivers

$45 a month

Liability waivers, intake forms and surveys, saved to the client's profile. One charge for your account, however many locations you bill. Optional. There is no free trial on it — it bills as soon as you switch it on, including during your 30 days. Switch it off whenever you like.

Zapier

$10 a month

Push leads into LoopSpark from your other tools, and send LoopSpark data out to them. One charge for your account, however many locations you bill. Optional. There is no free trial on it — it bills as soon as you switch it on, including during your 30 days. Switch it off whenever you like.

Texting past your free units

$15 per 1,000 SMS units

Every billed location gets 2,500 free SMS units each billing period. When they run out, LoopSpark buys 1,000 more units for $15, charges the card on file, and your texts keep going out. If you are a long way over, it buys as many bundles as that takes. You cannot buy a bundle yourself and you cannot turn the automatic buying off, so it is worth knowing: check Settings → Studio Usage to see where you are. Free units do not roll over. Paid units do. Texts your clients send you are free.

You need a booking platform LoopSpark supports

LoopSpark gets all of its client data from your booking platform. Until it is connected, there is nothing to segment and no automation can run.

LoopSpark works with four: Mindbody, fitDEGREE, Pike13 and Mariana Tek. You pick yours when you create your studio.

If you run something else, LoopSpark cannot read your clients, so it is not a fit today.

You enter a card when you sign up. Your 30-day free trial is counted from the day your studio is created, and the card is not charged until the trial ends. After that LoopSpark charges $189 a month for each location you bill, and goes on charging monthly until you cancel. You cancel yourself under Settings → Billing, and your studio keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for. Add-ons and SMS bundles are charged when they happen, including during the trial.

Flat however long your client list gets

$189 does not move when your client list grows. LoopSpark does not charge per client, per contact, per active member, or per email sent. Import every client you have ever had — the subscription line stays the same.

Most of the category does not work that way. Booking systems that include marketing usually bill on how many members you have, and marketing tools usually bill on how many contacts you store or how many messages you send. Your bill goes up when your business goes well.

With LoopSpark, the only thing that changes your subscription is opening another location.

Two things can add to a month's bill: an add-on you switch on, and texting past your free allowance. Both are listed above, with their prices.

If I cancel, what happens to my bill?
You cancel yourself under Settings → Billing. Future charges stop, your studio keeps working to the end of the period you have already paid for, and until then you can resume at no extra cost. What cancelling does, in detail
